Purpose: In order to identify individuals presenting with an lateral epicondylalgia who respond favorably to mobilization with movement and exercise interventions.
Stage of CPR Development: Derivation.
Tests:
- Age < 49 years-old
- Affected side pain-free grip > 112 Newtons (25.2 lbs)
- Unaffected side pain-free grip < 335 Newtons (75.3 lbs)
- Change in pain > 25% following Mobilization with Movement
Interpretation:
Variables | Sensitivity | Specificity | +LR | Probability of Success |
3 | 0.08 | 1.00 | ∞ | 100% |
2 | 0.57 | 0.85 | 3.70 | 93% |
1 | 0.98 | 0.46 | 1.80 | 87% |
