Purpose: In order to identify patients likely to present with spinal pain due to Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Stage of CPR Development: Validated.
Tests:
1. Age at onset < 40 years old
2. Insidious onset
3. Improvement with exercise
4. No improvement with rest
5. Pain at night with improvement on getting up
