A randomized clinical trial recently published in the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy by Masaracchio et al evaluated the effectiveness of adding thoracic spine thrust manipulation to a program consisting of cervical spine non-thrust mobilization and cervical ROM exercises in the treatment of mechanical neck pain.
